These terms govern access to and use of MyHomeProEstimate.com by homeowners, Home Pros and visitors.
1. Marketplace role
MyHomeProEstimate provides a platform for homeowners and independent home-service professionals to connect, communicate and exchange estimates. We are not a party to their work agreement, do not employ Home Pros and do not guarantee project price, quality, timing, licensing status or results.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and promptly update account details. Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts and must be at least 18 years old.
3. Homeowner requests
Homeowners must submit genuine projects, accurate contact and location information, and lawful content. Up to three selected Home Pros may receive a request. A request does not require the homeowner to hire or a Home Pro to provide an estimate.
4. Home Pro responsibilities
Home Pros are responsible for their qualifications, licensing, insurance, taxes, estimates, communications, contracts and work. Approval or a displayed rating is not a warranty or endorsement. Home Pros must comply with the Membership Terms and Lead Credit Policy.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users may not submit false requests or reviews, impersonate others, scrape or misuse platform data, interfere with security, upload malicious material, send spam, evade billing, or use the service unlawfully.
6. Content and communications
Users retain ownership of content they submit and grant us permission to host, display, process and transmit it as needed to operate and improve the service. Private project information is shared only as described in the workflow and Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHomeProEstimate disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from a user’s project, agreement or conduct. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, safety concerns, nonpayment or material violations. Users may stop using the service at any time; Home Pro subscription cancellation is governed by the Membership Terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, users agree to contact us and attempt an informal resolution.
